You can track your eating and exercise, there are lots of articles about health, nutrition, and fitness, and the price is right: free!

Re: Free online resources for losing weight and working out=

thanks for the tip! Believe I heard about it over at Gather Little by Little. It focuses on changing your eating habits, which according to Weight Watchers (I think) is 90% of weight loss (the other 10% being exercise. Don't have a link, but if you Google "Hacker's Diet", you'll find it. Has a wikipedia entry too to describe it. Love.it.

Re: Free online resources for losing weight and working out=

I'm onto day 2 tonight.. still feeling it from day 1.. :)

Re: Free online resources for losing weight and working out=

Great list. I'm definitely feeling the pushups after each day! Should be onto day three tonight.

Re: Free online resources for losing weight and working out=

well i've only done 1 day so far on the push up challenge. I'll probably write up a quick post tonight after my day 2 workout. I am actually pretty sore after only day one though.. Thanks for the hint on Gyminee, i'll check it out.

Re: Free online resources for losing weight and working out=

I really like Gyminee, it lets you log work outs and set weigh/calorie goals.

How are you doing on the 100 push up challenge? I feel a huge difference from when I started. :)

Re: Free online resources for losing weight and working out=

Excellent list of resources! I think you are right on with the 2 points about eating better and exercising more. It is truly that simple. I myself am a runner (20+ miles per week) so that is how I stay fit. I also have been eating much better lately. Basically cutting out the snacks in the evening has gone a really long way.
